At Maggie Lindley Designs, we try to waste as little of your time as possible so you can get
off the computer and write a note to your grandmother or knead a loaf of bread or something
important like that. So here's the deal about ordering:
We charge a flat shipping rate. It makes the math easier. Your first item is $4.95 to ship.
(Your first 20x24 is $8.95 to ship.) Any additional item is an additional $1.
We ship as quickly as possible. Most of the year, that's within 24 hours of receipt of your
completed order. (Really.) However, as it gets closer to the holidays, we can be backed up as
much as two weeks. Please call or email if you're needing your artwork by a certain time.
We'll do our best to accommodate you.
Our method of shipment is UPS Ground or the United States Postal Service Priority Mail.
That means that virtually all our packages will take 2 to 5 business days in transit.
For quicker shipping, please email. We also send a complimentary email upon shipment providing
you with your order's tracking number.
Returns and exchanges can be accepted within 30 days of receipt of your order. Before a
return or exchange is accepted, however, you must call and receive a returned package number.
Any package returned to Maggie Lindley Designs without a return package number will be
refused. (Sounds harsh, I know, but we have to do it.) Refunds will be made in the same
manner in which the order was paid.
Yes, we offer gift certificates! Okay, so they're not really certificates. They're letters.
But they get the job done, and they're pretty cute, too.
